And it came to pass. . . .

Well... This is my last email, I can't believe the time has come for me to go home. It seems like yesterday that I was getting dropped off at the MTC. I think the prophet Jacob describes just how fast these past couple years have flown by when he says,

"the time passed away with us, and also our lives passed away like as it were unto us a dream" -Jacob 7: 26

The mission has been filled with so many memories and moments that I will never forget. I just want to take a minute to share my testimony with yall. I know that Heavenly Father loves us and has a plan for us. One of my favorite things in the mission is seeing the changes that the Gospel of Jesus Christ brings into the lives of those we teach. And that everyone through the atonement of Jesus Christ can repent and be forgiven. I am so thankful for the time I have had every day to study the scriptures. I have grown to love them as I have felt the spirit they have brought into my life and the life of those I have taught. I know that the church of Jesus Christ has been restored and that we have a prophet on the earth today who holds all priesthood keys to guide us in these times. I know that this Gospel is true and that through it we can find true happiness and live with our families forever.

In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Thanks for all of the prayers and support these past two years!

Les quiero,

Elder Neuberger

The final countdown

Wow, the last two weeks have been pretty busy. Last week the church was able to start doing in person activities. So now on Fridays we have started doing a young single adult activity night. It has has been a big turnout including our amigas Daniela and Yoselin. Between the whole district there was around 50 people there. Also President Galli our mission president came for the weekend and talked at the noche de JA and on Saturday when the district had a youth hike up to the castello de Alaró. Both activities were awesome for getting to know more people here and also for our amigos so that they could as well. Our amiga Angie was planning on getting baptized this week but sadly she is moving. However, she asked us if she could get baptized before she left so we had her baptism service on Wednesday.  It was so awesome. Also our amiga Yoselin is planning on getting baptized on June 19th!

Valencia

This week we had a lot of fun. At the beginning of the week we went to lunch with Gladys and Agustin and some members to celebrate their one month mark of being baptized. We were also able to teach some new amigos including a guy named Carlos who we met on Facebook and the husband of a part family named Gisuppe who is from Italia. We were also able to meet with Angie again and Kathia came with us to the lesson. This week we also had a mission tour and Elder Kopishke talked to the mission virtually.  He taught a lot about having faith. On Friday we flew to Valencia for a council. After we did short intercambios with the Elders in Castellon. My companion had already served there so we got meet with some members the next day before we left.

Alma 32:21 And now as I said concerning faith—faith is not to have a perfect knowledge of things; therefore if ye have faith ye hope for things which are not seen, which are true.

Tenga una buena semana!
