Bus Money

new comp, Elder Hunt

This week we had transfers.  My new companion is Elder Hunt and he is from Cedar Cedar Hills, Utah and is coming from the area of Alcoi which is 6.5 hours south of Pamplona. The man is huge and eats more than anyone I've ever seen. He also loves working out. He got here on Thursday and then Elder Diaz left very early Friday morning for Ferrol which is 7 hours east of Pamplona. If you are like my dad you have probably now googled these cities to see exactly where they are located.
Since we have bikes in our area we rarely use the bus. We have a rechargeable bus card that we use. Friday morning after using it for one person it ran out of money. Normally we can just pay with change but because of Corona the bus drivers don't accept change and no stores were open to recharge it. It was a huge miracle that the bus driver let the rest of us on the bus because the train station is like 40 min walking away and Elder Diaz probably would have missed his train.
This week we were able to start teaching our amigos Fernando and Marina again, who we originally taught at the beginning of cuarentena. Also our district has changed and now includes the elders in San Sebastián. Hopefully we will be able to do some intercambios there because I heard it is a very beautiful city. (This city is worth googling). With transfers our district is now fairly young with me having the most time in the mission.
Tenga una buena semana!
