Zoom

Hola, there wasn't too much that happened this week. We had a lot of lessons cancel again this week so we tried to set up a lot of lessons for this coming week. On Thursday we had a short mission wide conference by zoom. We received news that we can start teaching amigos at the church starting the 15th and have baptisms starting the 25th.

It is crazy to think that I have been in Pamplona 3 months and have never actually met in person the people we have been teaching and those that will be baptized.  I have gotten so use to video calls that it is going to seem weird to talk to them in the same room.  The Bishop came by our apartment a couple of weeks ago to get something from us to take to a family we were teaching.  Because he has only ever seen me from the shoulders up on video calls he said, "You are tall".  I was thinking when he said this "and you are real!"

We were able to teach the Betancour family this week about temples. Mari was super excited to learn about what a blessing temples are and is ready to start on some family history work. Next week are transfers.  I should be staying but Elder Diaz might be going.  I hope he stays, although I think he is ready for a change of scenery.  We have been taking advantage of our bikes during our exercise time.  Enjoy some photos of the countryside.

Tenga una buena semana!

Elder Neuberger
