Fasting

Wow a lot has happened in the past two weeks! We have been able to meet more new people through English classes. Last week we also taught a few of our amigos about the power of fasting. It was a cool experience to fast with them for some of the challenges that they are facing. We were finally able to get out and do some service. We took out some dead trees for some members in our ward. This week we also had zone conference by zoom. 

Baptism of Pilar and Anghelo

We have also received good news that church will be opening back up here in Alicante on the 27th. A couple of our amigos got baptized this week. Anghelo who is orginally from Peru has seen a lot of miracles these past few weeks and feels that it was no coincidence that Christ played a roll in that. And Pilar who is originally from Ecuador was someone the Lord has been preparing and was ready when we extended the invitation. It has been such an amazing experience to see the changes in their lives. I love seeing the light the scriptures has brought to their lives and that by doing the small things we can receive a testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

3 Nephi 14

"7 Ask, and it shall be given unto you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.8 For every one that asketh, receiveth; and he that seeketh, findeth; and to him that knocketh, it shall be opened."
