Consulate, Burger King, Prayer

This week was pretty normal. We had a few people come in for residency and even had to go to the US consulate. Since we are closing pisos (apartments) me and my comp had to go with the Hospitalet Elders to clean out the Cornella Piso. There was so much stuff and we had to fill up our twelve passenger van twice. This week we also had another zone conference with the mission. And on Saturday we had a piso inspection.

Also, every week since there are six of us here in the office we take turns each day making lunch so you only have to do it once a week. Depending what I make this typically costs about twenty to thirty dollars. So this week I decided to let Burger King do the work and I was able to buy 24 cheeseburgers for around $25. Everyone got four cheeseburgers each. The dollar menu coming in clutch.

This week we were able to teach Yessica through video call. During the lesson the man she takes care of asked who she was talking to. She told him and she went on to give a summary of what we had just taught! This week we were also able to teach the family of Evelin about prayer and at the end the 9 year old daughter Elena prayed. It was great to feel the Spirit that was brought to their house by the means of a simple act of faith.

¡Tenga una buena semana!
