¡Viva España!: Corona Virus

with Prince

The last couple of weeks here in Sabadell have been good. Last week we were able to teach and set a baptismal date with Prince for March 14. Were able to meet with a returning member from Cuba. We attempted to share a message with him but it turned out to be him trying to teach us. Then after he gave us both big packages of baby food. (It was surprisingly good). Last Saturday there was a JAS (young adult) activity to play soccer and volleyball at our church. Beatriz and Rafael both came even though they are past the age of a JAS. They are both so awesome!

We do service every Friday at the senior center and it was finally warm enough that we took everyone for a walk this week. This week we also had a lesson with a new amigo named Dana. She is from Columbia and just moved here. We were able to teach her the Restoration. Rafael, Beatriz, and Hilda all came to church on Sunday and one member in our ward actually works with Rafael. He enjoyed church and we have an appointment with him later this week and will probably set a baptismal date with him. We were also able to meet with Prince again this week and he is still planning on being baptized this Saturday! However, I will not be there for the baptism as I am being transferred this week to......(tune in next week to find out where)

my future ride

Friday we had zone conference with 5 zones. Elder Stevenson of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles was supposed to come but because of the Corona Virus he has to cancel his travel plans. I hope everyone enjoys their upcoming spring break back in the USA. I don't get one but will attach a picture of the beach here in Barcelona.
